Since the inaugural event in 2013, CIC Events Management has been building the Race around Rottnest and in 2016 are ready to extend to its fourth year!

What started as a one day Adventure Race consisting of an ocean swim, off road bike, trail run and ocean paddle has now evolved into a two day event offering four fun competitive races, one to suit all age groups and a very broad level of fitness.

In 2016 they’re excited to introduce two new events;  the Rotto Sprint Triathlon and the Long Course Triathlon, ideal training events for those preparing for the summer triathlon season ahead. 

The original Adventure Race and Off Road Tri are also back and offer competitors an added challenge of a long or short paddle leg. Competitors can choose to paddle on a ski or stand up paddle board – Rottnest Island offers fantastic conditions for both.

CIC Events are proud to announce that Autism West are again the chosen charity for Race around Rottnest, and entrants are encouraged to help raise funds for those affected by autism spectrum disorders by sharing their supporter page with their networks.
