We are holding a follow up session following your feedback on the 1st Street Smart Live Smart Session on bullying and mental health resilience on 9th December at 10am at the Autism West Centre which aims to identify WORKPLACE issues that may come up for young adults. This session will incorporate coping strategies for healthy positive management of stress.

The session will be co-facilitated by Josette Hamilton, a psychologist and Sandhya Subramaniam, a counsellor.

The workshop is free to attend for people 18-30 years of age. Refreshments will be provided.
